College Football Week 4 Betting Odds Preview

A pair of neutral-site ranked matchups highlight the college football schedule in Week 4 starting with an SEC battle between the No. 7 Texas A&M Aggies and the No. 16 Arkansas Razorbacks.

At Bovada Sportsbook, the Aggies are a 5.5-point favorite in this game, which is being played at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Texas A&M is coming off a 34-0 shutout of the New Mexico Lobos as a 30-point favorite to improve to 3-0 straight up and 2-1 against the spread on the season. Badgers favored over Fighting Irish in Soldier Field battle

In the other ranked matchup this weekend, the No. 12 Notre Dame Fighting Irish face the No. 18 Wisconsin Badgers as a 5.5-point underdog at Soldier Field in Chicago.

Notre Dame got past the Purdue Boilermakers 27-13 as a 7.5-point favorite last week to bump its record up to 3-0 SU and 1-2 ATS. On the road, the Fighting Irish have won six straight at 4-2 ATS, but as the underdog they’re only 2-10 SU and 6-6 ATS in their last 12.

Wisconsin was on its bye last week and is 1-1 SU and ATS on the season following a 34-7 win over the Eastern Michigan Eagles as a 26-point favorite two weeks ago. The Badgers have been a tough bet at 2-5 ATS in their last seven and when favored they’re only 6-9 ATS in their last 15.

Tigers have been solid UNDER wager for bettors on road

Also on tap this weekend, the No. 9 Clemson Tigers visit the North Carolina State Wolfpack as a 10-point road favorite.

The Tigers scraped past the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets 14-8 as a 27.5-point favorite last week. Clemson is 0-3 ATS on the season and 3-7 ATS in its last 10 games. On the road, the Tigers have been a solid UNDER bet for totals bettors at 7-2 UNDER in their last nine.

The Wolfpack beat up on the Furman Paladins 45-7 as a 27.5-point favorite last week to improve to 2-1 SU and ATS. At home, they’ve won five straight at 4-1 ATS and they’re 7-1 ATS in their last eight.

The last time the Tigers and Wolfpack met up in 2019, Clemson won 53-10 as a 35-point road favorite. In the last 16 matchups, Clemson is 15-1 SU and 8-8 ATS.
