For some reason, this picture looks very familiar...you with me???
Cincy ate a 20-0 bagel at home in last season's opener against Baltimore, coming up on the short end of a 20-0 score, with NO cream cheese. That, and the Ravens 47-3 romp against Buffalo this past Sunday is the reason why Vegas makes Joe Flacco and his crew a teeny 1-point favorite in some places, and pick'em in other spots. But, does beating Nathan Peterman, Buffalo's comically sad QB, really even matter? And isn't Peterman the guy from Seinfeld? Thought that the Bengals 34-23 W AT Indy was more impressive. At least Cincy had to fight a LEGIT NFL QB in Andrew Luck. Also note that the Bengals have won five of the last six at home against Baltimore, while the Ravens have covered ONLY 3 of the last 11 (27%) as a road favorite. Showing some puppy love for Marvin Lewis tonight, but not a take-the-kids-college-fund type wager.
