Lemme wish all the BRILLIANT, AMAZING & SPECTACULAR mothers the BEST day ever!!! Especially my MOM upstairs on the next floor!!!
And we actually know a handful of Moms that are interested in the Eastern Conference Final. For real. First the regular season results. Boston flew to Cleveland for the season opener, and the Cavaliers, -4.5, posted a 102-99 victory, but failed to cover the spread. The over/under total was posted at 216.0 and went low by 15 points. The second meeting was in Boston, the Cs were -3 and crushed the LeBrons, 102-88. The total, 212.5, went low once again, by 22.5 points! In the final meeting, again in Boston, the Celtics were -5, and the Cavs got revenge, rolling to a 121-99 win. The total was posted at 212.0, and went over for the first time.
As for the playoff action, Boston is 8-4 straight up, 9-3 against the spread. But the most impressive number is the Celtics work at home, where they are pitching a 7-0 PERFECTO, straight up and against the spread. In the total department, the Cs have gone high eight times and low four times, with OVER hitting six of seven at the TD Garden.
Cleveland has won eight of 11 so far in the playoffs, straight up, but kinda ugly at 4-7 against the spread. On the road, the Cavs are 3-2, both straight up and against the spread. As for the totals, the King and his court have gone high five times and low six times, with a 3-2 tilt to the over on the road. Now you have everything you need to make an informed decision. We're leaning to the Cavs, but gonna watch the first game of the series, and swing into action in game two.
