Suns vs Timberwolves Final: 99-96 - Recap

Minnesota was scorched by Devin Booker for 29 points as the Suns defeated the Timberwolves 99-96 in NBA action on Monday.

Minnesota got 35 points from Karl-Anthony Towns in a losing cause and another 22 points from D'Angelo Russell. Anthony Edwards contributed 6 assists for the Timberwolves, while Karl-Anthony Towns had 13 rebounds.

The Suns hit the break winning 40-39 before taking care of business in the second half.

Minnesota had a 54-52 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.

Phoenix looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Mavericks. The Timberwolves will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Sacramento.
