Pistons Fall 113-109 Against Cleveland - Game Recap
Darius Garland scored 24 points and chipped in with 12 assists for Cleveland on Saturday, leading the Cavaliers to a 113-109 victory over Detroit at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
The Cavaliers earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the -6.0-point spread. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 218.0 were rewarded with a winning wager.
Cleveland got 16 points from Cedi Osman and another 15 points from Lamar Stevens. Darius Garland contributed 12 assists, while Evan Mobley cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.
The Pistons got a 40-point performance from Jerami Grant, who was supported by 20 points from Saddiq Bey. Cade Cunningham had 10 assists in a losing cause for Detroit, while Isaiah Stewart grabbed 12 rebounds.
The Cavaliers hit the break losing 60-55 before taking care of business in the second half.
Cleveland won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 45-38.
Next game, Cleveland takes its act home to face Los Angeles looking for another win. For Detroit, they head home to face Portland.
