Pistons Fall 131-101 Against Milwaukee - Game Recap

The battle between the Bucks and Pistons didn't turn out to be much of a battle at all as Detroit was handed a 131-101 defeat on Friday at Little Caesars Arena.

Bettors who backed the Bucks were also rewarded, as they covered the closing number as a favorite of -10.0 at sportsbooks. Over-Under bettors saw the total score go OVER the closing total of 231.5.

Giannis Antetokounmpo had 30 points for Milwaukee and Brook Lopez chipped in with 17 points. Jrue Holiday had 9 assists for the Bucks, while Bobby Portis was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 15 boards.

Detroit got 26 points from Rodney McGruder in a losing cause and another 20 points from Saddiq Bey. Cade Cunningham contributed 7 assists for the Pistons, while Isaiah Stewart had 12 rebounds.

Milwaukee led at halftime, 56-38.

Milwaukee had a 51-43 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.

Milwaukee looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Cavaliers. The Pistons will aim to get back on the winning track at Philadelphia.
