The battle between Boise State and Willamette didnt turn out to be much of a battle at all as Willamette was handed a 100-36 defeat on Wednesday at Taco Bell Arena.
Lonnie Jackson had 19 points for Boise State and Chandler Hutchison chipped in with 17 points. Montigo Alford had 5 assists for them, while James Webb III was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 10 boards.
Willamette got 14 points from Nico Troplent in a losing cause and another 6 points from Casey Thornton. Brendon McCullough contributed 3 assists for them, while Nico Troplent had 4 rebounds.
Boise State was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Boise State won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 48-22.
