Montreal Falls 31-21 to Blue Bombers - Recap

Kenny Lawler Jr. was good for 111 receiving yards on Saturday as the Blue Bombers grabbed a 31-21 win over the Alouettes at IG Field.

The Blue Bombers earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the -11.5-point spread. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 44.0 were rewarded with a winning wager.

Johnny Augustin rushed for 46 yards, while Brady Oliveira added 37 yards in the win. Kenny Lawler Jr. and Rasheed Bailey added 111 and 46 receiving yards respectively.

William Stanback rushed for 106 yards for Montreal, while Cameron Artis-Payne added 12 yards. Trevor Harris threw for 177 yards for the Alouettes, while receivers Quan Bray and Jake Wieneke had 62 and 60 yards respectively.

Montreal lost the offensive yardage battle to Winnipeg 383-302 yards in Saturday's game. Winnipeg had more first downs as that total ended up 24-14.

Winnipeg led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 30:20-29:40 split in that important category.
