Montreal Falls 20-19 to Argonauts - Recap

The Argonauts were Week 2 winners on Thursday, coming out on top of the Alouettes by a score of 20-19 at BMO Field.

Andrew Harris rushed for 87 yards, while Daniel Adeboboye added 10 yards in the win. Markeith Ambles and Kurleigh Gittens Jr. added 67 and 66 receiving yards respectively.

Jeshrun Antwi rushed for 29 yards for Montreal, while Trevor Harris added 20 yards. Trevor Harris threw for 270 yards for the Alouettes, while receivers Eugene Lewis and Reggie White Jr. had 127 and 83 yards respectively.

Montreal was outgained by Toronto 376-357 yards in Thursday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 21-19 by the Argonauts.

Montreal led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 30:41-29:19 split in that important category.

Toronto heads into a Week 3 battle against the Lions. Montreal, meanwhile, will have their next action against Saskatchewan.
