Kentucky Defeats Penn State 27-24 - Recap

Benjamin Snell, Jr. ran for 144 yards as Kentucky handled Penn State by a score of 27-24 on Tuesday at Camping World Stadium.

Kentucky won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the +4.5-point spread as underdogs. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go OVER the closing number of 47.5.

Benjamin Snell, Jr. rushed for 144 yards, while Terry Wilson added 29 yards in the win. Lynn Bowden and C.J. Conrad added 84 and 21 receiving yards respectively.

Trace McSorley rushed for 75 yards for Penn State, while Miles Sanders added 51 yards. Trace McSorley threw for 246 yards for the Nittany Lions, while receivers DeAndre Thompkins and KJ Hamler had 74 and 41 yards respectively.

Kentucky lost the offensive yardage battle to Penn State 410-297 yards in Tuesday's game. Penn State had more first downs as that total ended up 22-16.

Kentucky led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 30:42-29:18 split in that important category.
