Recap - Tigers Defeat West Virginia 38-7

West Virginia couldn't hang with the Tigers on Saturday as Missouri blasted the Mountaineers 38-7 in Week 2 action at Memorial Stadium-Columbia.

Missouri was the ATS victor, as they covered the -13.5-point spread as a favorite. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 62.5 were rewarded at the payout window.

Larry Rountree III rushed for 99 yards, while Tyler Badie added 71 yards in the win. Albert Okwuegbunam and Jalen Knox added 42 and 26 receiving yards respectively.

Alec Sinkfield rushed for 27 yards for West Virginia, while Tevin Bush added 15 yards. Austin Kendall threw for 137 yards for the Mountaineers, while receivers George Campbell and Sam James had 59 and 35 yards respectively.

West Virginia lost the offensive yardage battle to Missouri 382-171 yards in Saturday's game. Missouri had more first downs as that total ended up 26-13.

The time of possession battle favored Missouri as their offense was on the field for 30:59, longer than the 29:01 of their opponents.

Missouri looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Southeast Missouri State. West Virginia will aim to get back on the winning track vs. North Carolina State.
