Baylor Defeats UTSA 63-14 - Recap

Denzel Mims caught 7 passes for 101 yards against the UTSA defense as Baylor handed the Roadrunners a 63-14 loss on Saturday at McLane Stadium.

Baylor was the ATS victor, as they covered the -25.0-point spread as a favorite. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 58.0 were rewarded at the payout window.

Gerry Bohanon rushed for 93 yards, while Trestan Ebner added 76 yards in the win. Denzel Mims and R.J. Sneed added 101 and 40 receiving yards respectively.

Sincere McCormick rushed for 87 yards for UTSA, while Deven Boston added 33 yards. Frank Harris threw for 93 yards for the Roadrunners, while receivers Joshua Cephus and Blaze Moorhead had 23 and 21 yards respectively.

UTSA lost the offensive yardage battle to Baylor 546-266 yards in Saturday's game. Baylor had more first downs as that total ended up 25-14.

UTSA led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 31:31-28:29 split in that important category.

Baylor looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Rice. UTSA will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Army.
