Georgia Bulldogs vs Tennessee Volunteers Recap - Bulldogs Win 43-14

Tennessee couldn't hang with the Bulldogs on Saturday as Georgia blasted the Volunteers 43-14 in Week 6 action at Neyland Stadium.

The Bulldogs were a -24.0-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 51.0.

Brian Herrien rushed for 88 yards, while D'Andre Swift added 72 yards in the win. D'Andre Swift and Demetris Robertson added 72 and 61 receiving yards respectively.

Tim Jordan rushed for 47 yards for Tennessee, while Ty Chandler added 38 yards. Brian Maurer threw for 259 yards for the Volunteers, while receivers Jauan Jennings and Marquez Callaway had 114 and 105 yards respectively.

Tennessee lost the offensive yardage battle to Georgia 526-343 yards in Saturday's game. Georgia had more first downs as that total ended up 26-20.

Tennessee lost the time of possession battle 36:28-23:32, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Georgia looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against South Carolina. Tennessee will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Mississippi State.
