Hoosiers Down Northwestern 34-3 - Match Report

Stevie Scott III tore up the turf for 116 rushing yards on Saturday to lead the Hoosiers to a 34-3 win over the Wildcats at Memorial Stadium.

The Hoosiers were a -8.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 44.0.

Stevie Scott III rushed for 116 yards, while Sampson James added 19 yards in the win. Whop Philyor and Nick Westbrook added 76 and 59 receiving yards respectively.

Aidan Smith rushed for 34 yards for Northwestern, while Hunter Johnson added 15 yards. Hunter Johnson threw for 65 yards for the Wildcats, while receivers Ramaud Chiaokhiao-Bowman and Riley Lees had 43 and 36 yards respectively.

Northwestern lost the offensive yardage battle to Indiana 414-199 yards in Saturday's game. Indiana had more first downs as that total ended up 24-12.

Indiana led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 38:43-21:17 split in that important category.

Next game, Indiana takes its act on the road to face Penn State looking for another win. For Northwestern, they head home to face Purdue.
