Chippewas Fall 26-21 Against Miami-OH - Game Recap

Central Michigan was unable to slow down Jack Sorenson, who produced 123 receiving yards as the RedHawks defeated the Chippewas 26-21 on Saturday.

The RedHawks were a +6.0-point underdog in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 56.5.

Jaylon Bester rushed for 66 yards, while Tyre Shelton added 34 yards in the win. Jack Sorenson and James Maye added 123 and 42 receiving yards respectively.

Tommy Lazzaro rushed for 48 yards for Central Michigan, while Jonathan Ward added 26 yards. Quinten Dormady threw for 232 yards for the Chippewas, while receivers JaCorey Sullivan and Kalil Pimpleton had 64 and 52 yards respectively.

Miami-OH lost the offensive yardage battle to Central Michigan 355-272 yards in Saturday's game. Central Michigan had more first downs as that total ended up 20-15.

Miami-OH led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 30:05-29:55 split in that important category.
