Falcons Fall 55-24 Against Eastern Michigan - Game Recap
Bowling Green couldn't hang with the Eagles on Saturday as Eastern Michigan blasted the Falcons 55-24 in Week 8 action at Doyt L. Perry Stadium.
Eastern Michigan was a favorite by -4.5 points and came through with an ATS victory for bettors. The game went OVER the consensus closing total of 49.5.
Samson Evans rushed for 42 yards, while Darius Boone Jr. added 37 yards in the win. Gunnar Oakes and Dylan Drummond added 79 and 63 receiving yards respectively.
Terion Stewart rushed for 57 yards for Bowling Green, while Nick Mosley added 43 yards. Matt McDonald threw for 223 yards for the Falcons, while receivers Jhaylin Embry and Austin Osborne had 44 and 42 yards respectively.
Bowling Green lost the offensive yardage battle to Eastern Michigan 455-374 yards in Saturday's game. Eastern Michigan had more first downs as that total ended up 24-19.
Eastern Michigan led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 31:29-28:31 split in that important category.
