Recap - Wildcats Defeat Florida Atlantic 63-7

Florida Atlantic couldn't hang with the Wildcats on Saturday as Kansas State blasted the Owls 63-7 in Week 3 action at Snyder Family Stadium.

Bettors who backed the Wildcats were also rewarded, as they covered the closing number as a favorite of -25.5 at sportsbooks. Over-Under bettors saw the total score go OVER the closing total of 49.5.

Dalvin Warmack rushed for 90 yards, while Alex Barnes added 73 yards in the win. Isaiah Harris and Dominique Heath added 46 and 40 receiving yards respectively.

Kerrith Whyte, Jr. rushed for 54 yards for Florida Atlantic, while Greg Howell added 34 yards. Jason Driskel threw for 125 yards for the Owls, while receivers Kalib Woods and Devin Singletary had 82 and 15 yards respectively.

Florida Atlantic lost the offensive yardage battle to Kansas State 495-211 yards in Saturday's game. Kansas State had more first downs as that total ended up 24-13.

The time of possession battle favored Kansas State as their offense was on the field for 35:30, longer than the 24:30 of their opponents.

Kansas State looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Missouri State. Florida Atlantic will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Ball State.
