Texas A&M Aggies vs Florida Gators Wrap - Texas A&M Wins 19-17
The Aggies grabbed a Week 7 victory over the Gators on Saturday, winning 19-17 at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
Texas A&M won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the +3.5-point spread as underdogs. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 49.5.
Kellen Mond rushed for 52 yards, while Keith Ford added 22 yards in the win. Damion Ratley and Christian Kirk added 72 and 44 receiving yards respectively.
Malik Davis rushed for 97 yards for Florida, while Feleipe Franks added 82 yards. Feleipe Franks threw for 129 yards for the Gators, while receivers Brandon Powell and DeAndre Goolsby had 37 and 35 yards respectively.
Texas A&M lost the offensive yardage battle to Florida 371-263 yards in Saturday's game. Florida had more first downs as that total ended up 17-10.
Florida led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 33:18-26:42 split in that important category.
Next game, Texas A&M takes its act home to face Mississippi State looking for another win. For Florida, they head home to face Georgia.
