Recap - Colts Defeat New York 28-27

Andrew Luck sliced and diced the Giants defense for 357 yards and 2 TDs as Indianapolis handed New York a 28-27 defeat on Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Indianapolis won on the scoreboard, but lost at the pay window as they failed to cover the -10.0-point spread. The game went OVER the consensus closing total of 48.0.

Andrew Luck completed 31 of 47 pass attempts for 357 yards and 2 TDs for the Colts in the win.

Saquon Barkley rushed for 43 yards for New York, while Evan Engram added 26 yards. Eli Manning threw for 309 yards for the Giants, while receivers Sterling Shepard and Evan Engram had 113 and 87 yards respectively.

New York lost the offensive yardage battle to Indianapolis 402-392 yards in Sunday's game. Indianapolis had more first downs as that total ended up 27-22.

The time of possession battle favored New York as their offense was on the field for 31:41, longer than the 28:19 of their opponents.

Next game, Indianapolis takes its act on the road to face Tennessee looking for another win. For New York, they head home to face Dallas.
