Florida Falls 6-3 to Hurricanes - Recap

Carolina got a pair of goals from Ryan Dzingel as the Hurricanes skated to a 6-3 victory over Florida on Tuesday at BB&T Center.

Carolina won as a +112 underdog, while Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 6.0 were rewarded at the payout window.

Ryan Dzingel(2), Jordan Staal, Sebastian Aho, Dougie Hamilton, and Teuvo Teravainen each scored for the Hurricanes in the victory. Staal opened the scoring for Carolina.

James Reimer turned in a 47-save effort for the Hurricanes.

Florida got goals from Keith Yandle, Evgenii Dadonov, and MacKenzie Weegar in the loss, but it wasn't enough.

Florida got a 10-stop effort from Sergei Bobrovsky in the loss.

On the power play, Carolina went 1-for-3, while the Panthers were 2-for-6 with the man advantage.

Florida outshot Carolina 50-35 in the game.

Next game, Carolina takes its act home to face NY Islanders looking for another win. For Florida, they head on the road to face Buffalo.
