Flames vs Coyotes Final: 4-3 - Recap

Calgary earned a 4-3 victory over Arizona behind a 2-goal performance from Matthew Tkachuk on Tuesday at Scotiabank Saddledome.

The Flames were a -160 favorite in the win. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 5.5.

Calgary got goals from Matthew Tkachuk(2), Mark Giordano, and Johnny Gaudreau in the victory. Gaudreau opened the scoring at 17:16 of the second period.

David Rittich turned in a 34-save effort for the Flames.

Arizona got goals from Vinnie Hinostroza, Christian Dvorak, and Clayton Keller in the loss, but it wasn't enough.

Arizona got a 39-stop effort from Antti Raanta in the loss.

On the power play, Calgary went 2-for-6, while the Coyotes were 0-for-5 with the man advantage.

Arizona lost the shots on goal battle to Calgary by a margin of 43-37.

Next game, Calgary takes its act home to face New Jersey looking for another win. For Arizona, they head home to face Columbus.
