Vegas Ices St. Louis 6-5 - Recap

Vegas earned a 6-5 victory over St. Louis behind a 2-goal performance from Max Pacioretty on Thursday at T-Mobile Arena.

The Golden Knights were a -127 favorite in the win. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 5.5.

Vegas got goals from Max Pacioretty(2), Jonathan Marchessault(2), Alex Tuch, and Nate Schmidt in the victory. Pacioretty opened the scoring at 1:59 of the first period.

Malcolm Subban turned in a 19-save effort for the Golden Knights.

St. Louis got goals from Zach Sanford(4), and MacKenzie MacEachern in the loss, but it wasn't enough.

St. Louis got a 46-stop effort from Jordan Binnington in the loss.

On the power play, Vegas went 4-for-5, while the Blues were 0-for-2 with the man advantage.

St. Louis lost the shots on goal battle to Vegas by a margin of 52-24.

Next game, Vegas takes its act home to face New York looking for another win. For St. Louis, they head home to face Nashville.
