Recap - Senators Defeat Calgary 4-2

Ottawa earned a 4-2 victory over Calgary behind a 2-goal performance from Connor Brown on Monday at Scotiabank Saddledome.

Ottawa won as a +188 underdog, while Over-Under bettors who played PUSH the total of 6.0 were rewarded at the payout window.

Connor Brown(2), Josh Norris, and Brady Tkachuk each scored for the Senators in the victory. Tkachuk opened the scoring for Ottawa.

Matt Murray turned in a 26-save effort for the Senators.

Michael Stone, and Elias Lindholm scored for the Flames, finding the net behind Matt Murray.

Calgary got a 16-stop effort from Jacob Markstrom in the loss.

On the power play, Ottawa went 1-for-2, while the Flames were 0-for-4 with the man advantage.

Calgary outshot Ottawa 28-20 in the game.

Next game, Ottawa takes its act on the road to face Vancouver looking for another win. For Calgary, they head home to face Montreal.
