Ohio State Defeats Purdue 34-10 - Recap

Julian Sayin sliced and diced the Boilermakers defense for 303 yards as Ohio State handed Purdue a 34-10 defeat on Saturday at Ross-Ade Stadium.

The Buckeyes earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the -29.0-point spread. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 49.5 were rewarded with a winning wager.

Julian Sayin completed 27 of 33 pass attempts for 303 yards for the Buckeyes in the win.

Antonio Harris rushed for 45 yards for Purdue, while Ryan Browne added 27 yards. Malachi Singleton threw for 18 yards for the Boilermakers, while receivers Rico Walker and Antonio Harris had 30 and 19 yards respectively.

Purdue was outgained by Ohio State 473-186 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 30-13 by the Buckeyes.

The time of possession battle favored Ohio State as their offense was on the field for 40:53, longer than the 19:07 of their opponents.

Ohio State looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against UCLA. Purdue will aim to get back on the winning track at Washington.
