College Football Week 11 Betting Preview

Week 11 of the college football season features a pair of Top 10 matchups starting out in the SEC where the No. 1 Georgia Bulldogs play host to the No. 10 Mississippi Rebels.

At the Bovada Sportsbook the Bulldogs are 10.5-point favorites. The Bulldogs remain undefeated at 9-0 straight up but they’re only 2-6-1 against the spread after last week’s 30-21 win over the Missouri Tigers as 14-point favorites. At home the Bulldogs have won 23 straight with an 8-14-1 ATS record.

Mississippi is 8-1 SU and 6-2-1 ATS following last week’s 38-35 win over the Texas A&M Aggies as 3-point favorites. As underdogs the Rebels are 4-1 ATS in their last five games.

In this matchup Georgia is 9-1 SU and 6-4 ATS in the last 10 games.

Michigan a road favorite versus Penn State

The other Top 10 matchup is in the Big Ten where the No. 2 Michigan Wolverines visit the No. 9 Penn State Nittany Lions as 4.5-point road favorites.

Michigan is 9-0 SU and 4-4-1 ATS after last week’s 41-13 rout of the Purdue Boilermakers as 31-point favorites. On the road the Wolverines have won nine straight at 8-1 ATS and they’re 4-1 ATS in their last five games overall.

Penn State improved to 8-1 SU and 7-2 ATS last week after defeating the Maryland Terrapins 51-15 as 7.5-point favorites. At home the Nittany Lions have won seven straight at 5-1-1 ATS, but as home underdogs they’ve lost five straight with a 2-3 ATS record.

Last season Michigan defeated Penn State 41-17 as 7-point favorites. In their last seven road games against the Nittany Lions the Wolverines are 5-2 SU and 4-3 ATS.

Utah an underdog in its game at Washington

Also on tap this weekend in the Pac-12 the No. 5 Washington Huskies host the No. 13 Utah Utes as 8.5-point favorites.

Washington is 9-0 SU and 4-4-1 ATS after last week’s 52-42 win over the USC Trojans as 3-point favorites. In their last five games the Huskies are 1-3-1 ATS, and when favored they’ve won 14 straight with a 6-7-1 ATS record.

Utah is 7-2 SU and 5-3-1 ATS and is coming off a 55-3 win over the Arizona State Sun Devils as 10-point favorites. The Utes are 3-1 SU and 2-1-1- ATS in their last four road games. They’re 2-5 SU and 3-4 ATS in their last seven games as an underdog.

In its last six-games against Utah, Washington is 5-1 SU and 2-4 ATS.
