UFC Betting: Waterson vs Hill Odds Preview

The UFC returns to its Apex facility in Las Vegas this weekend as two fighters coming off losses look to rebound at UFC Fight Night: Waterson vs Hill.

The main event is a women’s strawweight bout between Michelle Waterson and Angela Hill. At Bovada Sportsbook, Hill is a -135 favorite and Waterson a +105 underdog.

Waterson has lost her last two fights to drop her record to 17-8 with three wins by knockout and nine by submission. She last fought at UFC 249 in May when she lost to Carla Esparza by split decision as a +100 underdog.

Hill is also coming off a loss and sports an overall record of 12-8 with five wins by KO. She fought at UFC on ESPN 8 in May, losing to Claudia Gadelha by split decision as a +165 underdog.

Worthy, Azaitar put long winning streaks on line

Also on the main card this weekend is a lightweight bout between Ottman Azaitar and Khama Worthy. Worthy is a -135 favorite and Azaitar a +115 underdog.

Azaitar is undefeated in his MMA career at 12-0 with nine wins by KO and two by submission. He made his UFC debut in his last fight at UFC 242 in September, defeating Teemu Packalen by first-round KO as a -265 favorite.

Worthy has won his last seven fights to improve his record to 16-6 with nine wins by KO and three by submission. He last fought at UFC on ESPN 12 in June when he defeated Luis Pena by third-round submission as a +190 underdog.

Lee sizable favorite in women’s flyweight tilt

One other interesting fight on the main card this weekend is a women’s flyweight rematch between Roxanne Modafferi and Andrea Lee. At Bovada, Lee is a -315 favorite and Modafferi a +245 underdog.

Modafferi is 24-17 with four wins by KO and five by submission. She last fought in June at UFC on ESPN 11 where she lost to Lauren Murphy by unanimous decision as a -115 underdog.

Lee has lost her last two fights and her record stands at 11-4 with two wins by KO and four by submission. She also faced Murphy in her last fight, at UFC 247 in February, losing by split decision as a -345 favorite.

Modafferi and Lee previously fought at Invictus FC 9 in November 2014. Modafferi won by split decision as a +205 underdog.
