Recap - Hawks Defeat Memphis 132-111

The battle between the Hawks and Grizzlies didn't turn out to be much of a battle at all as Memphis was handed a 132-111 defeat on Wednesday at State Farm Arena.

The Hawks were a +1.5-point underdog in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 223.5.

John Collins had 27 points for Atlanta and Trae Young chipped in with 22 points. Trae Young had 8 assists for the Hawks, while John Collins was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 12 boards.

Memphis got 33 points from CJ Miles in a losing cause and another 20 points from Mike Conley Jr.. Mike Conley Jr. contributed 7 assists for the Grizzlies, while Joakim Noah had 8 rebounds.

Atlanta led at halftime, 72-60.

Atlanta had a 51-35 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.

Atlanta looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Celtics. The Grizzlies will aim to get back on the winning track at Washington.
