New York Defeats Portland 117-93 - Recap

Portland was run off the court by the Knicks on Wednesday as New York blasted the Trail Blazers 117-93 at Madison Square Garden.

Portland got 26 points from Carmelo Anthony in a losing cause and another 17 points from Hassan Whiteside. Damian Lillard contributed 8 assists for the Trail Blazers, while Hassan Whiteside had 12 rebounds.

New York led at halftime, 51-48.

New York had a 55-47 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.

Next game, New York takes its act on the road to face Phoenix looking for another win. For Portland, they head on the road to face Washington.
