Pacers Fall 133-112 Against Atlanta - Game Recap
The battle between the Hawks and Pacers didn't turn out to be much of a battle at all as Indiana was handed a 133-112 defeat on Tuesday at State Farm Arena.
Bettors who backed the Hawks were also rewarded, as they covered the closing number as a favorite of -12.5 at sportsbooks. Over-Under bettors saw the total score go OVER the closing total of 228.0.
Atlanta got 34 points from Trae Young and another 20 points from John Collins. Trae Young contributed 11 assists, while Clint Capela cleaned the glass with 12 rebounds.
Indiana got 25 points from Chris Duarte in a losing cause and another 24 points from Lance Stephenson. Lance Stephenson contributed 8 assists for the Pacers, while Terry Taylor had 10 rebounds.
The Hawks hit the break winning 76-50 before taking care of business in the second half.
Atlanta looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Spurs. The Pacers will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Cleveland.
