The battle between Montana and Montana Tech didnt turn out to be much of a battle at all as Montana Tech was handed a 79-55 defeat on Monday at Dahlberg Arena.
Montana got 20 points from Ahmaad Rorie and another 17 points from Kendal Manuel. Michael Oguine contributed 5 assists, while Ahmaad Rorie cleaned the glass with 6 rebounds.
Montana Tech got 10 points from Derrius Collins in a losing cause and another 8 points from Taylor England. Taylor England contributed 3 assists for them, while Dylan Pannabecker had 7 rebounds.
Montana was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Montana won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 32-25.
