Arkansas Defeats Colorado State 98-74 - Recap

Arkansas cruised to victory on Wednesday, running Colorado State out of the gym and running up a 98-74 score at Moby Arena.

Arkansas won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -6.5-point spread as favorites.

Mason Jones had 16 points for Arkansas and Keyshawn Embery chipped in with 14 points. Jalen Harris had 12 assists for them, while Daniel Gafford was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 9 boards.

Colorado State got 16 points from J.D. Paige in a losing cause and another 16 points from Kendle Moore. Kris Martin contributed 8 assists for them, while Nico Carvacho had 11 rebounds.

Arkansas was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.

Arkansas had a 45-29 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.

Arkansas heads into a battle against Western Kentucky. Colorado State, meanwhile, will have their next action against Sam Houston State.
