Western Illinois got 15 points from Ben Pyle as they ran past South Dakota 65-59 on Saturday at Sanford Coyote Sports Center.
Western Illinois won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the +8.5-point spread as underdogs.
Western Illinois got 13 points from Kobe Webster and another 11 points from C.J. Duff. Kobe Webster contributed 3 assists, while Ben Pyle cleaned the glass with 10 rebounds.
