Arizona Falls 67-60 to Colorado - Recap
Lucas Siewert scored 15 points leading Colorado to a 67-60 victory over Arizona at Coors Events Center on Sunday.
Colorado won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -6.5-point spread as favorites.
Colorado got 14 points from McKinley Wright IV and another 11 points from Shane Gatling. Shane Gatling contributed 3 assists, while Tyler Bey cleaned the glass with 10 rebounds.
Arizona got 17 points from Ryan Luther in a losing cause and another 16 points from Dylan Smith. Justin Coleman contributed 9 assists for them, while Chase Jeter had 8 rebounds.
Colorado was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Colorado had a 29-20 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
Next game, Colorado takes its act on the road to face Washington State looking for another win. For Arizona, they head home to face California.
