Wake Forest got 21 points from Olivier Sarr and another 17 points from Brandon Childress. Brandon Childress contributed 9 assists, while Chaundee Brown cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.
UNC Asheville got 22 points from Tajion Jones in a losing cause and another 17 points from DeVon Baker. Lavar Batts Jr. contributed 2 assists for them, while Jax Levitch had 5 rebounds.
Wake Forest was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
