Texas A&M International was run off the court by UTRGV on Monday as they blasted them 79-52 at UTRGV Fieldhouse.
UTRGV got 22 points from Jordan Jackson and another 11 points from Quinton Johnson II. Quinton Johnson II contributed 5 assists, while Rob McClain Jr. cleaned the glass with 5 rebounds.
Texas A&M International got 13 points from Matija Novkovic in a losing cause and another 7 points from Tom Higgins. Jorge Mejias-Sanchez contributed 6 assists for them, while Caleb Highley had 7 rebounds.
UTRGV was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Texas A&M International won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 27-26.
