Recap - Elon Defeats Kennesaw State 70-46
The battle between Elon and Kennesaw State didnt turn out to be much of a battle at all as Kennesaw State was handed a 70-46 defeat on Monday at Schar Center.
Hunter McIntosh had 19 points for Elon and Marcus Sheffield II chipped in with 18 points. Simon Wright had 5 assists for them, while Hunter McIntosh was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 5 boards.
Kennesaw State got a 15-point performance from Terrell Burden, who was supported by 10 points from Danny Lewis. Armani Harris had 2 assists in a losing cause for Kennesaw State, while Armani Harris grabbed 7 rebounds.
Elon trailed at halftime, 31-27.
Kennesaw State won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 40-24.
