Notre Dame Falls 62-60 to Indiana - Recap
Indiana earned a 62-60 victory over Notre Dame on Saturday, getting 17 points from Armaan Franklin at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
Indiana did not, however, defeat Notre Dame against the spread, which closed at -2.5 at most sportsbooks.
Trayce Jackson-Davis had 14 points for Indiana and Devonte Green chipped in with 11 points. Aljami Durham had 4 assists for them, while Joey Brunk was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 14 boards.
Notre Dame got a 15-point performance from John Mooney, who was supported by 15 points from Dane Goodwin. Rex Pflueger had 6 assists in a losing cause for Notre Dame, while John Mooney grabbed 10 rebounds.
Indiana led at halftime, 34-24.
Indiana won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 36-31.
Indiana looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Arkansas. Notre Dame will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Alabama A&M.
