Brown Falls 75-50 Against Duke - Game Recap
The battle between Duke and Brown didnt turn out to be much of a battle at all as Brown was handed a 75-50 defeat on Saturday at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Duke did not, however, defeat Brown against the spread, which closed at -28.0 at most sportsbooks.
Vernon Carey Jr. had 19 points for Duke and Alex O'Connell chipped in with 14 points. Jordan Goldwire had 5 assists for them, while Wendell Moore Jr. was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 7 boards.
Brown got a 16-point performance from Brandon Anderson, who was supported by 7 points from Joshua Howard. Brandon Anderson had 3 assists in a losing cause for Brown, while Tamenang Choh grabbed 7 rebounds.
Duke was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
