Brown Defeats Cornell 74-63 - Recap

Zach Hunsaker scored 20 points leading Brown to a 74-63 victory over Cornell at Paul Bailey Pizzitola Sports Center on Friday.

Brown won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -7.0-point spread as favorites.

Tamenang Choh had 14 points for Brown and Jaylan Gainey chipped in with 12 points. Brandon Anderson had 5 assists for them, while Jaylan Gainey was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 8 boards.

Cornell got 17 points from Josh Warren in a losing cause and another 12 points from Jimmy Boeheim. Terrance McBride contributed 5 assists for them, while Jimmy Boeheim had 8 rebounds.

Brown was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.

Brown won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 37-27.

Next game, Brown takes its act home to face Columbia looking for another win. For Cornell, they head on the road to face Yale.
