Matthew Mayer scored 19 points leading Baylor to a 85-66 victory over Kansas State at Ferrell Center on Tuesday.
Baylor won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -14.5-point spread as favorites.
Baylor got 16 points from Jared Butler and another 14 points from Davion Mitchell. Davion Mitchell contributed 10 assists, while Freddie Gillespie cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.

Baylor was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
