Oakland Falls 90-73 to UIC - Recap
UIC got 22 points and 11 assists from Teyvion Kirk en route to a 90-73 victory over Oakland on Sunday at Credit Union 1 Arena.
UIC won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -3.0-point spread as favorites.
UIC got 22 points from Teyvion Kirk and another 17 points from Jamie Ahale. Teyvion Kirk contributed 11 assists, while Teyvion Kirk cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.
Oakland got a 20-point performance from Rashad Williams, who was supported by 19 points from Daniel Oladapo. Jalen Moore had 10 assists in a losing cause for Oakland, while Daniel Oladapo grabbed 18 rebounds.
UIC was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
UIC heads into a battle against Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Oakland, meanwhile, will have their next action against Northern Kentucky.
