Colgate Defeats Army 101-57 - Recap
The battle between Colgate and Army didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Army was handed a 101-57 defeat on Saturday at Cotterell Court.
Colgate got 24 points from Nelly Cummings and another 20 points from Jordan Burns. Jordan Burns contributed 8 assists, while Keegan Records cleaned the glass with 12 rebounds.
Army got a 9-point performance from Lonnie Grayson, who was supported by 7 points from Tucker Blackwell. Aaron Duhart had 3 assists in a losing cause for Army, while Lonnie Grayson grabbed 3 rebounds.
Colgate was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Colgate won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 42-21.
