UMKC cruised to victory on Friday, running Greenville College out of the gym and running up a 138-97 score at Mabee Fieldhouse.
UMKC got 29 points from Josiah Allick and another 14 points from Marvin Nesbitt Jr.. Marvin Nesbitt Jr. contributed 7 assists, while Marvin Nesbitt Jr. cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.
Greenville College got 18 points from Kenneth Cooley in a losing cause and another 12 points from Travis Dickey. Dustin Bankowski contributed 3 assists for them, while Henry Johnson had 5 rebounds.
UMKC was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
UMKC won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 45-30.
UMKC heads into a battle against Southeast Missouri State. Greenville College, meanwhile, will have their next action against Southeast Missouri State.
