UMass Falls 78-75 Against Northeastern - Game Recap
Northeastern got 20 points from Tyson Walker as they ran past UMass 78-75 on Sunday at Cabot Center/Solomon Court.
Northeastern won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the +4.0-point spread as underdogs.
Northeastern got 16 points from Jason Strong and another 12 points from Shaquille Walters. Tyson Walker contributed 6 assists, while Shaquille Walters cleaned the glass with 9 rebounds.
UMass got 18 points from Javohn Garcia in a losing cause and another 15 points from Noah Fernandes. Javohn Garcia contributed 3 assists for them, while Tre Mitchell had 8 rebounds.
Northeastern was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
