Evansville Falls 65-43 to Cincinnati - Recap
The battle between Cincinnati and Evansville didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Evansville was handed a 65-43 defeat on Tuesday at Fifth Third Arena.
Cincinnati was the ATS victor, as they covered the -11.5-point spread as a favorite.
Cincinnati got 11 points from Jeremiah Davenport and another 9 points from David DeJulius. David DeJulius contributed 7 assists, while Jeremiah Davenport cleaned the glass with 8 rebounds.
Evansville got 11 points from Evan Kuhlman in a losing cause and another 11 points from Blaise Beauchamp. Shamar Givance contributed 5 assists for them, while Noah Frederking had 8 rebounds.
Cincinnati was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Cincinnati won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 39-32.
Next game, Cincinnati takes its act home to face Georgia looking for another win. For Evansville, they head home to face IUPUI.
