Syracuse Falls 100-85 to Colgate - Recap
Colgate got 25 points from Jack Ferguson en route to a 100-85 victory over Syracuse on Saturday at Carrier Dome.
Nelly Cummings had 18 points for Colgate and Oliver Lynch-Daniels chipped in with 12 points. Tucker Richardson had 7 assists for them, while Jeff Woodward was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 10 boards.
Syracuse got a 27-point performance from Joseph Girard III, who was supported by 19 points from Buddy Boeheim. Joseph Girard III had 8 assists in a losing cause for Syracuse, while Jimmy Boeheim grabbed 10 rebounds.
Colgate was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Colgate won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 38-33.
Colgate looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Harvard. Syracuse will aim to get back on the winning track at VCU.
