Oral Roberts Falls 71-63 Against TCU - Game Recap
TCU grabbed a 71-63 win over Oral Roberts on Thursday, behind a 13-point effort from Mike Miles Jr. at Ed & Rae Schollmaier Arena.
TCU won on the scoreboard, but lost at the pay window as they failed to cover the -8.5-point spread.
TCU got 13 points from Damion Baugh and another 12 points from Chuck O'Bannon Jr.. Mike Miles Jr. contributed 7 assists, while Micah Peavy cleaned the glass with 8 rebounds.
Oral Roberts got a 20-point performance from Max Abmas, who was supported by 14 points from Francis Lacis. Max Abmas had 6 assists in a losing cause for Oral Roberts, while DeShang Weaver grabbed 7 rebounds.
TCU was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
TCU won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 42-32.
TCU looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Utah. Oral Roberts will aim to get back on the winning track at Houston Baptist.
