Millsaps Majors vs UAB Blazers Wrap - UAB Wins 103-29
The battle between UAB and Millsaps didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Millsaps was handed a 103-29 defeat on Sunday at Bartow Arena.
KJ Buffen had 16 points for UAB and Quan Jackson chipped in with 13 points. Tavin Lovan had 3 assists for them, while KJ Buffen was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 11 boards.
Millsaps got 9 points from Cameron Williams in a losing cause and another 7 points from Drew Roth. Dylan Carter contributed 1 assists for them, while Cameron Williams had 5 rebounds.
UAB was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
UAB had a 50-31 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
Next game, UAB takes its act home to face Grambling State looking for another win. For Millsaps, they head on the road to face Southeastern Louisiana.
