Morehead State Eagles vs IUPUI Jaguars Recap - Morehead State Wins 80-52
The battle between Morehead State and IUPUI didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as IUPUI was handed a 80-52 defeat on Tuesday at Indiana Farmers Coliseum.
Morehead State won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -15.0-point spread as favorites.
Morehead State got 17 points from Tray Hollowell and another 15 points from Jaylon Hall. Jaylon Hall contributed 3 assists, while Johni Broome cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.
IUPUI got a 17-point performance from Azariah Seay, who was supported by 11 points from Dimitar Pandev. Bakari LaStrap had 3 assists in a losing cause for IUPUI, while Jonah Carrasco grabbed 5 rebounds.
Morehead State was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Morehead State had a 34-25 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
