Recap - Wyoming Defeats San Jose State 84-69

San Jose State was victimized for 20 points and 12 assists by Hunter Maldonado as Wyoming defeated them 84-69 in NCAA action on Wednesday.

The match was decisive in favor of Wyoming, but bettors saw the game push as the margin of victory was the same as the closing point spread.

Wyoming got 15 points from Brendan Wenzel and another 15 points from Drake Jeffries. Hunter Maldonado contributed 12 assists, while Jeremiah Oden cleaned the glass with 8 rebounds.

San Jose State got a 15-point performance from Omari Moore, who was supported by 14 points from Shon Robinson. Omari Moore had 8 assists in a losing cause for San Jose State, while Tibet Gorener grabbed 9 rebounds.

Wyoming was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.

Wyoming won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 28-24.

Wyoming looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the New Mexico. San Jose State will aim to get back on the winning track at UNLV.
